Before they became My Dear Disco, the band performed under the name Toolbox. This October 10, 2006 show at The Blind Pig in Ann Arbor captures an early iteration of the group’s sound—energetic, raw, and still in formation. Featuring members who would later shape My Dear Disco’s rise, but without Michelle Chamuel and Tyler Duncan, these rare clips give a glimpse into the foundation of Theo Katzman’s college-era project.
